Diana and her team from Acacia are excellent hosts. This flat is absolutely well-tendered, nicely done up, bright and quiet. The view from the large roof terrace is breath-taking! From San Lorenzo in the west over the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi (directly in front!) till Piazzale Michelangelo in the east. Moreover the surrounding of the flat in Oltrarno is very charming. It is ideally located for exploring Firenze quickly and easily. Diana and her team are absolutely reliable, always available for questions and very obliging. For example, one day there was a problem with the water-tap in the shower - Diana immediatly sent a plumber, who solved the problem as fast as possible on the same day. For my next trip to Firenze these hosts and this flat would be on top of my wish list again. Grazie mille!

I chose this very nice studio because of other reviews, and they were right! It' a great location, close to Ponte Vecchio, but not in the most touristy side of town. It's also close to very good and lively restaurants frequented by the locals. It's on a very quiet street, but keep in mind that it's a little hidden and up a hill, especially when you arrive, since cars can't get in there. Both Francesca and Diana were very helpful in giving directions and their suggestions on what to do in the city. Plus, they have helpful information on the apartment for your stay. The place itself is charming and clean and very modern. It has everything you need, from a hairdryer to an ironing station. I would definitely go back.@airbnb

We absolutely loved this flat. My two cousins and I stayed here for 8 days. We were pleasantly surprised as the pictures don't do it justice. It's modern and beautiful. It's in a great part of town that isn't overrun with tourists, but just a 5 minute walk to the areas that are (because that can be fun as well). A couple blocks from a great yoga studio, a supermarket, tons of bars and restaurants, and Pitti Palace with the Boboli Gardens. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. @abnb

The two bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with a bathroom and ensuite . It was in Piazza Lorenzo which was close to the station, markets, shops, Il Duomo and other attractions. @abnb

The apartment was lovely and exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and was the perfect romantic space to stay in. The location was great, it was quick and easy to get anywhere and the area was very quiet. Everyone at the acacia group was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again! @abnb

Diana's apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Loved the outdoor terrace where we had our meals overlooking the rooftops of gorgeous Florence. The place is clean and is on two levels, has a lot of character, and the kitchen has all the necessary cooking facilities etc. There is a huge supermarket nearby where you can buy all your ingredients for dinner or ready made food and drinks. The location is perfect, just seconds to Santa Croce Church and about 10-15 minutes walk to Duomo and the city centre ( that is if you walk and not stop for Gelato on every corner like we did). Bring an insect repellents if you travel this time of the year as the mosquitoes are vicious especially at night. Otherwise it's a quiet neighbourhood and great for families or couples. The internet connection was great for texts, emails and even Netflix. Diana let us have a late checkout so we were able to do a half day tour before catching an afternoon train to our next stop, and keep the luggage in the apartment. Overall an awesome experience. @abnb

Neighbourhood was near to santo spirito square nearby laundry shop , yoga studio, grocery stores and you can walk to all the touristy areas @abnb

Apartamento Prímula recomendo! No centro de Florença, acesso a pé a toda a beleza histórica! Para além de poder estar num verdadeiro Castelo reconstruído! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️estrelas @Facebook
