Looking out from the absolute tranquillity of the terrace, you will be able to enjoy the amazingly beautiful scene of the embrace between the Arno River with the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery.
A family home that delivers on style and substance, its location in San Niccolo’ is a stone's throw away from Ponte Vecchio and Piazzale Michelangelo. Although the steps, this home features one of the best views in our collection, both from its neatly presented terrace as well as the living room full of modern features.

Terrace views worth every moment!
My husband and I loved our stay here during our honeymoon! The location is very walkable to the rest of the city but still quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace was amazing, which we enjoyed cooking dinner one night and eating it on the terrace. The space is small but the views make it worth it and is still good for a couple.

Great spot
We spent a lot of time on the spacious, private terrace. The views are spectacular. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around. They were very responsive and helpful. They allowed us to store our bags at the office and they helped us to book an early morning taxi. Great spot.
