Жили в апартаментах Cumino на площади Сан Лоренцо. Потрясающий вид из окон на Дуомо и Базилику Сан Лоренцо. Без проблем встретились с хозяйкой для передачи ключей. В номере есть телефон с интернетом, который можно брать с собой во врем прогулок по городу. Есть банные принадлежности. Чисто. Красивый интерьер. Внимательный персонал. От вокзала Санта Мария Новелла 7 минут пешком. Учтите, тем, кто путешествует с багажом придется подниматься на 4й этаж без лифта. Рядом в 3х минутах ходьбы Food Market, который работает до ночи. Accogliente e decisamente graziosa, pulitissima e tenuta con grandissima cura. Dato il nostro arrivo nel tardo pomeriggio abbiamo preferito fare il check in online, e pur non avendo mai visto fisicamente il personale di Acacia, ma lo abbiamo sentito vicino e presente per ogni nostra richiesta/domanda! Nulla da eccepire! Consiglieremo certamente la struttura!

sinceramente me gustó todo. Un apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor y super bien ubicado. Si vuelvo a Florencia vuelvo a alojarme aquí sin duda alguna. Melania que fue la chica que nos atendió al llegar super amable y simpática.

The apt is perfect! Location is the best, near any sites and shops. Located in a warm and convenient road, including many good shops, i.e. italians’ winner coffee shop(flat white is amazing)! Famous panini shop! Good pizza( Napoli 1955)! And it’s very quiet, which is every important. The only negative part is no elevators, if you have many luggages, it takes some time to carry them

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and tidy. Convenient transportation, you can walk to Piazza della Signoria , Uffizi, Basilica of Saint Mary of The Flower and even Michelangelo square. Looking forward to checking in again.

Perfect location : about 3 minutes walking to the best museums, and never more than 10 to join all the places we wanted to go! The apartment was bigger than we thought and perfectly clean. Thank you Diana for answering our questions so quickly, and see you very soon! ( airbnb)

The location of this apartment is excellent, it couldn’t be more central. With the central location, there comes a little noise at night. Diana and her staff were wonderful and very reactive to our communication. Excellent host!

A beautiful apartment in the very center of Florence. Wonderful to be so close to the Uffizi and Duomo! Due to the holidays however, the noise from the street was deafening! They kindly supply earplugs. For us it was fun to be in the middle of all the festivities!

La déco et la praticité de la cuisine Le bruit de la rue, de la chaudière (si c'en était une) tout près de la tête de lit mais des bouchons d'oreilles étaient fournis et l'odeur persistante de javel/ozone qui sort des robinets (propre à tout Florence apparemment)

Diana and her team are simply amazing. The experience in Florence was stunning. We loved the apartment for its style, proximity, and hospitality. I hope to visit Florence again in the future and will definitely be booking with Acacia for sure when I return. - Eric

It was an amazing 5 days in Florence. The apartment was spanking clean, big and spacious as the photos show. Yes, it is definitely in a noisy part of town, but if you have earplugs that will help a bit (or lots of wine!) The apartment is in the middle of it all, a sweet little market just outside our door. Everything you need is close by. Diana has a beautifully curated Welcome book + map of the city of Florence with all the information/tips a visitor could want. We will definitely return. Thank you!

This place is absolutely adorable! The view from the terrace is so stunning I cried a bit the first time I took it all in! The bed was ridiculously comfy, the decor was beautiful, and it was in a great location (we walked everywhere easily- 5-10 minute walk to a major shopping district, 15-20 minute walk to the Florence Cathedral, 20-25 minutes to the train station). It’s definitely small overall, but was definitely doable for the 3 days we were there. The bathroom was very narrow and has a shorter angled ceiling so it causes some...creativity for taller people (my husband is 6 foot tall and just had to be careful about not bumping his head or knees) but we found we had that issue just about anywhere in Italy we stayed. We had everything we needed and made a few meals there without problem. We were also arriving late at night and they arranged a self check in which went perfectly and was easy to do. I absolutely recommend staying here anytime you’re in Florence and we would be glad to stay again if we come back!!!

Great location, quiet and with plenty of restaurants close by. Very clean and comfortable. Great check in. We were met by Diana who very kindly helped us with our luggage up the 5 flights of stairs. She provided us with a fantastic map marked with the main attractions, restaurants and lots of other helpful information. We had one night, quite late, the hot water went out and I messaged Diana not expecting to get a response till the morning but she was very quick to respond and helped us rectify the situation, which was very much appreciated. Enjoyable stay in Florence. Thank you
