Acacia took care of our stay in Florence and we visited their office at least four times. Diana and her team (Francesca and Melania) are great professionals and can cater to your needs while in Florence -from a tuk-tuk ride to a wine tasting, in or around the city. Recommended. @google

A very beautiful place decorated with intricate detail, loved it. the only down side is that its a bit dar with not a lot of daylight so you must turn on the lights during the day, otherwise, amazing. Comfortable big bed. the host was very responsive. @abnb

I loved everything about this property! The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the decor is a complementary mix of old and modern with the exposed brick walls and feels very homely and comfortable, the location and proximity to great shopping and sightseeing was perfect to explore Florence on foot and the communication with the apartment owner and staff was always very prompt and helpful. A perfect short stay, I am highly recommending it to friends and family and planning to book Apartment Agave again when I return to Florence. The apartment has windows that open out to the street and at night it can be a little noisy, but as the bed was so comfortable I found I drifted off to sleep so quickly that it never kept me awake. I would personally have loved an iron and ironing board in the apartment to iron my crumpled clothes, but they do offer an ironing service. @booking.com

The apartment was fantastic. There was everything we needed for our stay in Florence. It's in a perfect location and the roof terrace makes it especially unique. We were met on time and shown around the apartment and the whole experience was easy. I would definitely recommend staying here! @abnb

We had a very nice stay in Florence. The appartment is really nice and looks like the pictures. It is completely furnished and in the historic center. Indeed, it is possible to walk almost everywhere. It is also close to a nice and lively street. Our hosts were very nice/caring and quick to respond. All in all, a fantastic stay !! Thank you Acacia ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Florence. L'appartement est très sympa et correspond aux photos. Il est complètement fourni et se situe dans le centre historique. En effet, il est possible de joindre presque tous les points d'intérêt à pieds. L'appartement est aussi situé à 1 min d'une rue très animée. Nos hôtes étaient très gentilles, attentionnées et réactive à répondre à nos demandes/questions. En un mot, un fantastique séjour ! Merci Acacia ! @abnb

This unit is well renovated. It's the kind of unit I would want to live in if I were living in Florence. And everything is well provided for in the unit. It doesn't have a microwave but it's ok for me as I don't need one. The area is pretty central too. Only thing is that bedroom faces quite a busy street so you can often hear quite loudly vehicles driving pass and as summer has started, all kinds of bugs are appearing. But these are beyond owner's control. Resolve them by spraying mosquito repellant and keeping windows closed. I minimised the noise by keeping windows closed and turning the aircon on at night. Just to add if you have a huge luggage, note that there's a long flight of steep steps to lug your luggage up and down. I was already aware of it so no complaints but it would be nice if I had a companion to assist me... lol. In summary, I truly enjoyed my stay in this bright and lovely apt and will chose it again when I return. @abnb

This place is fantastic! Small, lots of steps, but well worth it. The place is clean and Diana and her staff communicate all things at each step of the way. The place is located away from the touristy areas, but close enough to get there by foot quickly if you'd like. Great views of the city from the rooftop as well. We definitely recommend. @abnb

The apartment looks exactly like the picture - spacious, clean, organized and well-kept. Location is very convenient, near the train station so it's easy to move around, plus it's close to most of the important sights in the city. The host was also very accommodating, she gave us helpful tips and booked a taxi for us on the day we were leaving. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Diana is lovely, really helpful and provided useful information on Florence and places to eat. The apartment is in a brilliant location and as it isn't on the outside of the building it was quiet at night. Lovely clean bedding too and comfortable mattress though the bed was rather low for getting in and out of! Loved Florence! @airbnb

Alessandra and Francesca were both extremely hospitable and made me feel very welcomed! They were very professional and did everything they could to address any issues that I had. The apartment itself was wonderful. It had everything I needed (including a portable stove and pans!). Getting in and out was really convenient with the passcode. The location was great: there is a trash can across the street and a mini mart right downstairs. Very close to SMN Firenze Train Station. Would definitely stay with them again! @abnb

This was my favorite Airbnb experience. The apartment was perfect. Clean, adorable and spacious. The location couldn't be better. The highlight was definitely the private terrace on the roof. There was a wine shop right down the way and it was wonderful to sit and look out onto beautiful Florence. The Ponte Vecchio is less than 5 minutes away. The Duomo can be reached in 10-12 minutes. I would definitely stay here again! @airbnb

Staff and owners were excellent at making me feel welcome and I can honestly say the cleanliness and care of the apartment over my 3 week stay was excellent! Fresh and plenty of linen. And, me despiache but I lost my 2 photos of via Dei Pepe!
