Diana was a terrific host. She provided a very detailed map of the city which listed her favorite restaurants, tourist attractions, night life, and much more. She responded very fast to my messages and helped us with all of our questions. Her apartment was beyond what we ever dreamed of. It was so comfortable and cozy making us feel like a true local! Located only a block away from Santa Croce and about a 5-10 minute walk to the duomo. We would love to go back!

Lovely apartment in a terrific area. Beautifully decorated and despite some rainy days, we were able to enjoy the terrace. We drove to Florence and Diana assisted with us getting a spot in a nearby garage and she was able to coordinate them driving us to the apartment. We had a carsick 3 year old and it was a bit stressful so we were grateful for the assistance. Sara met us and checked us in and was great. We absolutely loved our time and the pictures do not even give the space justice.

Like going back in time. Really cool apartment steps away from Santa Croce and great nightlife. Met in person for checking in. All the amenities you will need. Great stay. Our kids loved the second bedroom all to themselves

The apartment in Santa Croce is an absolute dream. You will feel very much at home in this apartment. The owner is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. To top it off I would rate this warm, comfortable hide away with 5 stars.

Hard to beat this location in Florence. Everything just steps from the front door

L’appartement de Diana est génial ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Diana qui nous a présenté la ville et ce qu’il fallait visiter. C’est une personne adorable qui est chaleureuse et très disponible. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, l’appartement est parfaitement situé et bien décoré et il dispose de tout l’équipement nécessaire. En revanche, le voisinage est bruyant en soirée jusqu’à 2h du matin à cause du bar situé sous l’appartement. Prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles :)

Hidden treasure of an apartment and the team are amazing. Our flight was diverted but i need not have panicked as the hosts had already seen this and planned accordingly to ensure the driver (highly recommended) was aware. As mentioned, this apartment really is a hidden treasure, nestled into the back streets of Florence its like having your own hidden space away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again.
