The apartment was beautiful and was located in the heart of Florence. Our host was there to greet us and was very helpful. The only drawback we found was the street noise, as the apartment is on the first floor right above the street. Otherwise it was a lovely experience. @airbnb

My husband and I enjoyed a four night stay in this lovley apartment. The flat is nicely desgned designed, spacious and surprsingly quiet at night. The best thing about it hasto be the location, it's very near to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately we didn't meet the host, but she was responsive to my texts, emails etc and was very hlepful in reservng tickets for us to see David at the Accademia Gallery. Would recommend and stay there again. @airbnb

Sehr große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in zentraler Lage (2 Gehminuten zur Signoria). Sehr gute Matratzen. Sehr geschmack- und liebevolle Einrichtung, wenn auch zum Teil etwas abgenutzt. Küche (Geräte und Geschirr) vollständig eingerichtet. Selbstversorgung problemlos möglich. Lage im 1. OG, Aufgang auch für ältere Bewohner problemlos.” @booking

Staff and owners were excellent at making me feel welcome and I can honestly say the cleanliness and care of the apartment over my 3 week stay was excellent! Fresh and plenty of linen. And, me despiache but I lost my 2 photos of via Dei Pepe!

It was in one word great. The location is convenient for walking discoveries of Florence, the neighbourhood is florentine versus crowded with tourists, the secured parking is within 5 minutes (nice people) and the neighbourhood is full of restaurants bars and convenience stores. The apartment is comfortable with a good bed and a nice shower. Diana and her staff are very kind and helpful (although we did not need anything in particular). We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute @abnb

Diana's place is a dream apartment, I wish we could stay longer. It was the perfect place with big bright rooms, amazing high ceiling, a lovely kitchen and a terrace with view of the Duomo's dome! We could not have asked for a better place. The apartment was nicely decorated throughout, very rustic with lots of charms. It is much bigger than the pictures, plenty of space for 4 people. Diana was the perfect host, she greeted us when we came and helped us throughout our stay. She also prepared a really nice guide book with all you need to know about Florence, full of local tips. Her place was easy to find, about 10 minutes taxi from the station and 5 minutes walk from the Uffizi gallery. We would love to come back, thank you! @airbnb

Alugamos a casa Artemisia, a 2 quadras do duomo. 4 suites limpas, bonitas, cozinha completa, 2 salas e um jardim muito agradavel. Chegamos antes do horario combinado e fomos prontamente atendidos por funcionarios extremamente solicitos. Recomendo a casa para uma estada mais longa @tripad

Wow. Diana was unbelievably welcoming and kind to us on our journey to Florence. She truly makes you feel welcome and a part of her family. The apartment itself is beautiful and charming set in the perfect location with a gorgeous terrace over looking the city. We will certainly return to stay with Diana in the future. @abnb

Wow. What an amazing experience in a beautiful apartment in Florence. Like so many people have said, the view is truly amazing. From having an espresso or nightcap glass of wine on the balcony, it's truly magical. About 5 minutes from everything you could want to see, it's perfect. The hill up is pretty steep and there are many stairs to climb with a 50lb suitcase but so worth it. Was greeted at the door by an assistant and told everything I could possibly want to know as well as an extremely useful guide. Very helpful. Stovetop took a while to work as well as the hot water but small complaints for such a great place. The bed was HUGE and very comfortable. Loved every minute! @airbnb

I was met upon arrival, given a tour of the apartment, provided with a map of Florence and information on how to get around, what to see and where to shop. It was all very helpful. The apartment was exactly as it was described. Perfect location. The outdoor patio was the perfect place to end the day with a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We had a wonderful stay in Florence. The apartment was terrific. @abnb

This apartment is great. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for us. Diana was a wonderful host, very quick to respond to email/text. We would love to stay there again someday. @airbnb
