Very beautiful place! The roof top view is amazing! A couple of beer on that roof is probably one of the best thing you can do. The room is spacious and clean, well equipped with all the necessary things you need. Air condition is working very well, hot water heated too. The location is great, located just right next to Ponte Vechio, easy get around to almost anywhere. Host Diana is an amazing person, very welcoming and extremely helpful and fun. She definitely made the stay very comfy and easy for me. I guess the only little downside is the stairs, but this is almost the same everywhere in Florence. But couple of times you will get used to it! Definitely recommend you to stay there, and enjoy the hospitality from Diana and team. @airbnb

Everything was perfect and lovely, just the way we pictured it. Diana was a great host, I've truly nothing but good things to say about our stay. What a great apartment - the pictured don't do it justice. We loved the shabby-chic vibe. Modern, clean and high quality with plenty of space. Perfect for a short trip to Florence. The location is perfect for exploring the city by foot. Diana was great in the lead up and our check-in with Francesca was good too, she gave us some restaurant tips and a map with all the must see sights. @airbnb

“The vintage style of bedroom and living room are amazing ! Beds are comfortable and clean. Using passcode for in and out is definitely the wise choice! The house owner is very nice and helpful!” The hot water supply is a little not stable and sustainable.

Nous venons de passer un séjour merveilleux a Florence dans cet appartement atypique idéalement situé sur la rive gauche à deux pas du Ponte Vecchio et du centre historique , avec cette terrasse offrant un panorama incroyable sur la ville. Diana et Francesca , son assistante, nous ont accueilli chaleureusement , nous donnant plein de conseils et de bonnes adresses , avec en prime , un apéritif dinatoire au domicile de Diana , pour faire mieux connaissance , et encore mieux ressentir la gentillesse et l'hospitalité italienne.

The flat was great, good location and the rooftop is perfect for breakfast. There are on supplies on the kitchen, but lots of kitchenware to cook. Francesca was helpful when we arrived. I just wish the city tax were directly included in the fee (15€/3days/2people to pay upon arrival). Great experience anyway !

Io e il mio moroso ci siamo fatti tre giorni di Pasqua in uno degli appartamenti di Acacia, nulla da dire solo che perfetto! Prendere un appartamento se si vuole un pò di privacy è la cosa migliore, noi ci siamo beccati l'appartamento vicino al centro, comodissimo. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata meravigliosa, simpatica, gentile e ci ha dato un sacco di utili consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare, cosa molto utile perché abbiamo mangiato divinamente. Avendo un appartamento, l'ultima sera abbiamo cucinato li ed è stato molto romantico, bellissima esperienza e locale messo benissimo e per due persone era grande il giusto. Noi eravamo in via dei pepi 10 e se vi beccate quello, siate sicuri che andrete alla grande! Se tornerò a Firenze, sarà qua che dormirò! @tripad

Florence was amazing , we had a simple wedding here and Diana and Francesca helped with everything we needed, the apartment was clean and beautiful , it had everything we need for a 5 day stay , great little area with an amazing pizzeria on the corner. Loved every second of our time in Italy. Close to airport and train station and down the road from the river leading to all the sites. @abnb
