Comfortable and clean too, with plenty of storage space and even more importantly, charm and character. Diana was very welcoming, warm and accommodating, making the whole process very easy--and the neighbourhood was perfectly set away from the super-touristy streets, with everything still within easy walking distance. Plus, the folder with previous guests recommendations was very helpful and especially ensured we ate VERY well while in Florence. It was absolutely perfect--very roomy--for our family of three but would work well for a family of four, friends, two couples (if one couple doesn't mind being in twin beds)... I would highly recommend Primula by Acacia to anyone searching for a unique and lovely place to stay in Florence. @abnb

Super flexible in terms of keeping our stuff till a little later on the day of our departure. The apartment is located at the best spot in the city so overall nothing to complain about! Diana and her team were great hosts. We arranged to be met at the apartment at 2.30pm and were greeted by one of the team who showed us around and also gave some great advice on what to do. We were there for the Moto GP in Mugello so we only actually had one day In the city so the advice was a great help. The apartment itself was perfect, clean tidy and a great location. It's two minutes from the station and Florence is such a small town everything was in walking distance. If we come back to Florence we will definitely be staying here again! @abnb

We had a lovely stay at Diana's apt in Florence, great communication from the moment I made the reservation to the end of our trip, she even received us at her office to help us book a tour, super welcoming. Now about the apartment, it's lovely! Alessandra gave us a kind welcome, explained everything we needed to know and gave us some useful tips, also left a comprehensive apartment and city guide at our disposal. The space is great, spacious with a lot windows, clean and comfortable, had everything we needed during our trip. Very centrally located only a few steps away from Piazza della Signorina, a great location to start exploring the city. There's a small market just around the block and many restaurants and bars. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back! @abnb

Diana was a great host! She was really welcoming and was very helpful and quick to respond to texts when needed. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to all sights and the decor is lovely and atmospheric. The kitchenette is well equipped for 2 people and the bathroom is modern with a great shower. We didn't realise there was AC as it was behind the curtains and under the window, so this helped us control the temperature as it was on the warm side, particularly at night. We had a great stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it to other couples for a short break to Firenze! @abnb

The apartment was beautiful and was located in the heart of Florence. Our host was there to greet us and was very helpful. The only drawback we found was the street noise, as the apartment is on the first floor right above the street. Otherwise it was a lovely experience. @airbnb

My husband and I enjoyed a four night stay in this lovley apartment. The flat is nicely desgned designed, spacious and surprsingly quiet at night. The best thing about it hasto be the location, it's very near to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately we didn't meet the host, but she was responsive to my texts, emails etc and was very hlepful in reservng tickets for us to see David at the Accademia Gallery. Would recommend and stay there again. @airbnb
