Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

Jenny, usa: cleanliness and care of the apartmen

Staff and owners were excellent at making me feel welcome and I can honestly say the cleanliness and care of the apartment over my 3 week stay was excellent! Fresh and plenty of linen. And, me despiache but I lost my 2 photos of via Dei Pepe!

Beth, UK: I would recommend this apartment

Stayed here for three nights with total of seven adults - three parents and four adult children. Having the four separate bedrooms, each with own bathroom with great showers, was perfect. It was in the middle of a longer trip around Italy so having the washing machine to wash clothes to use for rest of trip was great as well. It is only a block and a half from the Duomo, on a main street, with a wine shop and a coffee shop only a few doors away. It is only a few blocks from the main market. Even though convenient to many things and on the first floor, it is down a hall (with a locked secure street entrance to the building) away from the street, with its own private courtyard, and so it is very quiet. We enjoyed a wonderful meal of meats, cheeses, bread and desserts from the market and wine from the wine shop our first evening in the courtyard and it made us feel as though we had our own home in Florence. It is walking distance from all of the main attractions -museums, Ponte Vecchio, and of course the Duomo, as well as the main train station. It is nicely decorated, and the small kitchen had all of the plates, glasses and utensils we needed for our short stay. You will want to keep windows closed as there are mosquitoes, but there is air conditioning which worked relatively well in most rooms. There is also a tent with netting in the courtyard which worked well to allow us to sit around the table there for eating and enjoying wine together. The person who met us to give us the keys and show us around was on time and helpful. We had no issues during our stay so don't know about responsiveness to complaints. Overall I would recommend this apartment as a reasonably priced, convenient way to stay in Florence.

Carla, USA: The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could need or want

It was with great sadness that I left what I had begun to think of as my home in Florence. The apartment is more beautiful than you can see in the pictures. The big windows overlook the piazza. It had a cool juxtaposition between funky, laid back modern and Renaissance luxury. It is not too far from the train station that you can easily walk (I did some day trips, using this as my base) but it was also the perfect location to visit all of Florence with lots of great restaurants nearby. Friends and I enjoyed pizza one night at the central market and they said it was the best pizza they had eaten in the city (They are Italian so I trust their opinion). The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could need or want. This is the third time I have rented an apartment in Florence and it was definitely my favorite. I would not hesitate to book again. Diana and her staff were incredibly responsive and easy to contact. Check in was no problem when I had to move it back an hour. They even sent me an email prior to my arrival of special events happening during my stay. My only hesitation in providing my raving recommendation is that it will be booked up when I want to return next year. @abnb

Alison, China: Great location a short walk from the station

We had looked at many hotels before choosing this apartment. Never stayed at an apartment before when travelling but would highly recommend! You are able to come and go as you please. We had a welcome email from Maria with instructions on arrival. And give you mobile contact details should you need assistance during your stay. Someone arrive to let you in and give advice. Great location a short walk from the station (Santa Maria novella) and convenient for all the sights of Florence. Keyless entry to the apartment makes it effortless. It was clean and modern. Big enough. Quiet street although there is a disco across the road it wasn't a problem. We will definitely use Acacia again when in Florence! @tripad

Justin, UK: Apartment situated walking distance to all major sites worked very well for us

Very nice apartment with all the amenities needed. Clothes washer worked well and was greatly appreciated. Cable tv with some english channels was nice for unwinding after a long day out and about. Apartment situated walking distance to all major sites worked very well for us. Host also told us where the best place to buy groceries was that was cheaper than some of the markets that were nearer to the apartment. Apartment was a little noisy from street noise at night, but that is just because of the location and it was not a problem once we got used to it. Overall we had a very comfortable stay. @abnb

Doris, Germany: Danke nochmal Diana!!!

Die Wohnung war wie versprochen mit einer Terrasse die uns einen wunderschönen Blick über Florenz bot. Die Wohnung war super klasse. Danke nochmal Diana!!! @abnb

Corinne, USA: We LOVED this place!

We LOVED this place! It was our 1st Airbnb experience, and this exceeded our expectations. It was much bigger than we thought (pictures can't capture exact feel), with the high ceilings and very open floor plan. The location is perfect, tucked away from the traffic, yet really close to everything you want to see and do in Florence. It's super clean, comfy beds & pillows, nice towels, wifi worked great (very important for us!), well stocked with anything you really need for a great visit. The bathroom is your typical European size, so don't expect the big American style-just not gonna happen-but it is clean, and the water pressure is good, and the water hot. The terrace is awesome - loved having wine & dinner up there watching the sunset overlooking the rooftops, Duomo in the distance.....really fabulous-took some beautiful pictures. I can't say enough great things about this place-would've stayed longer if we could've. Diana was amazing. She helped us with train tickets, printing last minute things, cabs, etc., and anything we needed-she was incredibly helpful and just a super nice person. We are airline personnel, and get to travel A LOT and see many different accommodations...so we know a great thing when we see it. We will definitely go back - just hope it is available next time we go!! Wish I could giver it 10 Stars! :-) @abnb

Yana, Switzerland: Perfect location

This apartments is in a perfect location for people travelling to Florence by train, which we did. The historical centre can be reached by foot within few minutes and there is a bus stop nearby. There are many small shops and restaurants in the neigborhood, which was suprisingly quiet in the night. The apartment was very nice, however suitable for people travelling lightly, as there is not much storage place and one has to carry everything to the 1st floor. For our stay of 3 nights it was just perfect and we have enjoyed this fantastic city very much! @abnb

Tristin, Canada: This apartment was an absolute dream! It was as beautiful as can be, with a very cool layout and everything we could possibly need. The terrace was a wonderful treat, there was lots of natural light, the views from every room were lovely and the place looked even better than the photos.

Comfortable and clean too, with plenty of storage space and even more importantly, charm and character. Diana was very welcoming, warm and accommodating, making the whole process very easy--and the neighbourhood was perfectly set away from the super-touristy streets, with everything still within easy walking distance. Plus, the folder with previous guests recommendations was very helpful and especially ensured we ate VERY well while in Florence. It was absolutely perfect--very roomy--for our family of three but would work well for a family of four, friends, two couples (if one couple doesn't mind being in twin beds)... I would highly recommend Primula by Acacia to anyone searching for a unique and lovely place to stay in Florence. @abnb
