We had a wonderful stay! It was a perfect location, had everything we needed! Diana was very responsive and kind. We are very grateful for our stay. If you have a lot of luggage keep in mind space is limited, but over all a very useful and beautiful space. Would stay again!

Very much enjoyed my stay! Everything I needed was provided in this thoughtful and stylish space. Location is very walkable; it is close enough to all the main sites but far enough to be peaceful. Comfortable linens and pillows. Safe, clean. Used a lighter from drawer to light stove. Shower was small but usable. It wasn’t too bad, but I opened the bathroom window to help with mild damp smell from time to time. The company arranging it (Acacia) seems well organized and responsible. Host was very responsive and friendly, especially when I needed some extra advice due to delayed luggage and had questions about transportation. I very much appreciated the gracious support. Overall really enjoyed my stay here, a wonderful way to visit Florence!

I can’t think of a better location in Florence if you want to stay away from the touristy area. Easy walk to amazing restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend. The host is top notch.

This is a great place with a fantastic location! Wonderful restaurants are everywhere easy walk to the museums and across the bridge. Diana was the best! She met us and walked us to the place, gave us a map of the area and great recommendations, even showed us how to use the coffee machine. It has a wonderful balcony and air conditioning! We had the best time here and I highly, highly recommend it! Thank you for a great experience!

The apartment is large and beautifully decorated. Great host, friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and feels safe. There is a lovely grocery store, cafe and restaurant all within a stones throw from the apartment. It is a little walk to city center but we really enjoyed that aspect of it. Thank you, again!

We loved the apartment. The layout of the space is fantastic. It’s very quiet with the windows closed or you can open them and enjoy the excitement of city life. There was a parade down our street and we stood on the balcony and watched. Great fun! Amazing walking location to EVERYTHING in Florence we wanted to see. Beds are very comfortable. We cooked a fabulous dinner one evening but ate out mainly. Many good restaurants close by. Thank you for our wonderful stay in Florence.

Stayed in Deanna’s unit for 7 weeks. Incredible place in a fabulous location. Made our Florence immersion very easy. Everything was better than expected! Will try to get back again! Unit provides all that is necessary for a wonderful stay. One of the best places I’ve stayed on AB&B. Highly recommend! Everyone helpful! Thanks! Grazie!

This is a great apartment across the river from the tourist area of Florence. It is easily walkable to everything but in a quiet local neighborhood. The apartment has been recently renovated in a modern style and is very high quality. The open kitchen and modern baths are exceptional. The layout works perfectly for four people with a in suite bath and large closet in the primary bedroom and a hall bath next to the second bedroom. However there is a door between the kitchen and hall which essentially creates an in suite bedroom and bath. And finally Diana is a true super host. She arranged for taxis and patiently explained how to operate the AC. A wonderful stay!

We loved this apartment. The location is excellent and very convenient. Wonderful restaurants and all of the museums, the Duomo and shops were all within a short walk or right outside the front door! The apartment is nicely decorated. There is no lift but we knew that from the description. The host is responsive and helpful. She got us a taxi to the airport in minutes when we couldn’t get through. All and all …very nice. Would rent again!

Diana is part of a well-organized tourist housing team with clear and professional procedures. We were allowed to check in early and received a helpful introduction to Florence, complete with a map. The cozy, comfortable apartment is on the top floor, providing a quiet and peaceful environment.

Loved the flat and the private garden with the huge shady palm was a godsend on some really hot days, birds overhead all day and bats in the evening. Will definitely stay here next year. Diana gave us great information and was really helpful when we first arrived. Great host, great place. Miss it already.

The accommodation matches the description perfectly. It allows you to be close to the center of Florence while still being on a quiet alley. The place is very well equipped, the host was responsive throughout our stay, and the instructions were clear. We really enjoyed this accommodation and would book it again if we return to Florence.

This place is a fantastic location! It is located on one of the best streets right next to a cafe, nice shops nearby and tons of great food right at your fingertips!

Authentic building (old one), comfortable, enough space for two, good exercise to arrive to the 4th floor without lift. Well-lighted, very quite apartment for being so close to the centrum, we could sleep very good. Taking a shower is a challenge (narrow) but it was fine for us. Perfect place for an italian breakfast at the corner.

Deanna was incredibly helpful when we reached out for help. The apartment was in a beautiful, residential area with less foot traffic than the more busy parts of Florence. We had some issues with feeling like the air conditioning was kicking in, but we visited in the Spring so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Hopefully will be visiting again!

We had a couple of nights at Diana's apartment - it's brilliantly located right in the lively heart of the old city. Being so central makes it super easy to explore everywhere (both sides of the river) on foot.

Heaps of space, well located you can walk to all major sites on both sides of the river. Supermarket two doors away. Can accommodate up to 9 people without issues. Stair access only - not a big deal for the young and fit.

Staff were amazing! The best I have found so far in Italy. Coped with an old lady's stupidity kindly and with a smile. Sofa bed really comfy. Only downside? Innumerable stairs to get up there, so best if you're fit. Though had I looked properly, I would have seen that. Lovely people. Even the cleaning man carried my case down. Thoroughly recommend for the best customer service possible
