This was as perfect as I'd hoped. Beautifully rustic, tasteful and authentic. We felt safe and comfortable here and very much 'at home'. All staff were excellent and polite, helpful and understanding. I will definitely return. @abnb

Diana is a wonderful host. We let her know about our time of arrival and made the walk with our suitcases in tow from the train station, Santa Maria Nuovela and arrived at the Airbnb. We were uncertain as to how to get inside the street entrance door, when we heard Diana's voice from above greeting us! She could not be more hospitable or efficient. She was full of suggestions about where to buy groceries and about local markets. Diana gave us a helpful tour of the apartment and explained how various appliances worked. She also has an exhaustive guide book filled with tips and hints and restaurant suggestions. The apartment street is a bit urban, but quickly gives way to the splendid square outside of the church of Santa Croce. We loved the entire neighborhood for its local charm and lack of tourist hordes (other than the tour groups at the cathedral. The local produce and flea markets were perfect for our desire to hang out like a local. @abnb

This was an absolutely perfect apartment and location. We were able to walk to see all the amazing sights in Florence and it was a convenient 5 minute walk to my cousin's apartment too! It was spacious, the view of Santa Croce from the windows was perfect. We loved everything about it and would totally rent it again when we come back to Florence. @ABNB

Diana was a perfect host. She communicated very well, gave me info about Florence and possible activities. She coordinated a hot air balloon ride for me and my family over Tuscany. It made our trip. Not only was the ride amazing but the family that takes you up is a gem. The apartment is on the third floor, there are steps to take but it is so worth it. The view over San Lorenzo is unique. You are right by the Duomo, the shopping, open air markets and the museums. The apartment is modern and beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and Diana as a host.

Diana and her team from Acacia are excellent hosts. This flat is absolutely well-tendered, nicely done up, bright and quiet. The view from the large roof terrace is breath-taking! From San Lorenzo in the west over the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi (directly in front!) till Piazzale Michelangelo in the east. Moreover the surrounding of the flat in Oltrarno is very charming. It is ideally located for exploring Firenze quickly and easily. Diana and her team are absolutely reliable, always available for questions and very obliging. For example, one day there was a problem with the water-tap in the shower - Diana immediatly sent a plumber, who solved the problem as fast as possible on the same day. For my next trip to Firenze these hosts and this flat would be on top of my wish list again. Grazie mille!

I chose this very nice studio because of other reviews, and they were right! It' a great location, close to Ponte Vecchio, but not in the most touristy side of town. It's also close to very good and lively restaurants frequented by the locals. It's on a very quiet street, but keep in mind that it's a little hidden and up a hill, especially when you arrive, since cars can't get in there. Both Francesca and Diana were very helpful in giving directions and their suggestions on what to do in the city. Plus, they have helpful information on the apartment for your stay. The place itself is charming and clean and very modern. It has everything you need, from a hairdryer to an ironing station. I would definitely go back.@airbnb
