There was absolutely nothing about this apartment that wasn't just as I wanted it to be. The apartment was fantastic, clean, comfortable, very spacious, we had 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and everything was perfect. @booking

All the previous reviews about Cosmea tell the story. We loved it - the location is perfect it's really peaceful, but the building you see in the foreground of the main photo is the Ufizzi Gallery - that's how close it is to the sights. In addition to the things listed in the other reviews, we also did a walk out into the 'country' turn right out of the apartment up the hill and in 500 meters you're in peaceful lanes with olive groves and lovely old villas. We walked up the hill to Arcetri and back down to San Miniato al Monte for the amazing views over the city. Highly recommended if you want a break from the busy city (and don't mind a couple of hills!) Also for a local wine bar with great snacks and small plates try Le Volpi e l'Uva it's in a quiet square - close to the Ponte Vecchio but just off the main tourist trail. @abnb

Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely flat in Florence. It was beautiful and an amazing location. Comfy beds and sofas. Beautiful outdoor space. Kitchen small, but I think most people would eat out whilst staying in Florence. Diana/ Francesca were so helpful and attentive with everything so thank you so much. On our trip to florence, we were stay at Amarillis, it was a perfect place for us, really beautiful, romantic, clean, cosy for the great location "near but not in the middle" The staff was very nice and helpful. Great value for money.

A wonderful flat and a convenient location. The flat itself is perfect with two bedrooms, a lovely living room, and a private rooftop terrace to sit out on and enjoy the Tuscan sun. We also booked a bike tour through the airbnb host and it was perfect. They also helped with sorting out taxis and providing local recommendations. Very helpful host. We also recommend the restaurant a block down, called Ristorante Dino. You could literally order anything on the menu and it will be good - but make sure to pop in and make a reservation before going as it's usually busy every night. Overall, you will love staying here :) @abnb

Die Lage des Appartements ist wirklich toll. Unsere Sprachschule war nur 300 m davon entfernt. Alles ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Um die Ecke ist die Bar / Restaurant La Finisterrae mit sensationellem Cappuccino und Gebäck. Dort kann man wunderbar und günstig frühstücken. Parken ist etwas kompliziert. @booking

Staff was very accommodating and willing to go an 'extra mile' to be helpful! Apartment was very close to all the major touristic places and very convenient if you want to travel around as the train station is just a few min away.

My family and I visited Florence a few weeks ago in March and we stayed there for about 4 days. We were 7 adults and 2 kids and all I can say is that everyone loved this apartment! It was so spacious, beautiful and comfortable for all of us including the kids. The hosts were really nice and helpful and there is even a binder they leave with you that has a ton of information regarding food and entertainment etc. Our stay was pretty seamless and we absolutely loved the outdoor space as well. The weather was quite nice when we went so we were able to sit out at night in the courtyard and hang out. Overall we really enjoyed this place and if we all went again I would definitely book again. Also, the location is beyond perfect... walking distance to pretty much everything and there is even a bike rental spot next door - definitely a gem!

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Florence. The private rooftop terrace is absolutely breathtaking. The location is so central, with only a 5-10 min walk to all the main attractions in Florence. There is a supermarket right around the corner and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Diana and her staff are so friendly and check in was perfect. The apartment was clean. It's located up a little bit of a hill and you have to climb quite a few stairs (3 flights) to get there, but the terrace is worth it. Definitely would recommend! @abnb

It was the perfect sanctuary despite the many flights of stairs (and I'm pregnant!) but it was needed after devouring all the amazing food in Firenze. The host gave us a book of everything we needed to know around town esp food. We ate at Za Za around the corner twice! IL Vezzo was another great find! Check in was super easy as someone waited for us to show us around and gave clear instructions. The only thing was wifi was very spotty and it can get loud at night but it's the location, which we loved. We live in NYC so the noise was a lullaby to us. Shower had great pressure! Lovely place! Would def recommend and stay again!
