Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

Patricia, USA: Perfect and reliable

Transfers were perfect and reliable.

Ewelina, Dubai: Excellent logistics

I really appreciated my stay in the apartment. The communication with Francesca and Diana was very smooth and both were very helpful. The location is very good, very close to train station as well as to town center. You can reach easily all spots walking. The apartment is clean, nicely finished, authentic, but a bit dark. Excellent logistics, there is no key to carry, very useful equipment is proposed to make your stay easy. Bed is comfortable. I really appreciated my stay in Florence. @abnb

Julia: One of a kind experience

This is an absolutely one of a kind experience. Emanuele is a person of high intellect and culture and is a very good and patient teacher. Enthusiast and passionate to disseminate the ancient art of al fresco, he is a Rennaiscance man himself: an architect, a painter, a designer, art historian, traveller and music lover. His studio is in one of the most beautiful and must see places of Florence - Piazza Santa Croce. Four hours will fly, and yet what I could never expect was that we would be able to reproduce one of Michelangelo's operas al fresco. Absolutely amazing and highly recommended experience in the heart of Florence! ( airbnb experience)

terrace is stunning: Bo, California

This place is unbelievable. When we got there, we were greeted by Francesca who was warm and friendly. She took us through a few details and let on on our own. When we looked around the apartment, it was well appointed, clean, and perfect for the two of us. It wasn't until we walked upstairs that the real gem was hiding. The view from the private (yeah, private) terrace is stunning. It's a full view of the entire city. Duomo, Santa Croce, the river, it's perfect. The neighborhood around the apartment is safe, every store owner is friendly, and everything you want is within walking distance. Less than a block away is one of the best wine stores I have ever been in. Signorvino. Go. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Diana's place. It was perfect and we will certainly consider going back @airbnb

Stephanie, USA: A quieter, less touristy part of town

Truly enjoyed our stay in Firenze. Francesca was very helpful and flexible regarding our check in time ( our train naturally, was running late) The apartment is in a quieter, less touristy part of town but still a quick, easy walk from the historic area, great restaurants and grocery store. The apartment was very clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable we had in all of Italy. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Firenze! @abnb

Lucasz, Polonia: Really close to the city center

Diana's apartament was a very good place for visiting and exploring Florence. It was realy close to the city center. A little kitchen was an only worse element, but we used it only for breakfest. It was comfortable place for our trip overall. We can recommend it very much. @abnb

Rod, Australia: Great Apartment

Was worried about whether it was suitable for 3 couples to stay, but it was excellent. Very big, very nice rooms and beds. Separate areas and bathrooms for multiple partners.

Rob, USA: Better than the photos

The apartment was in a great location, within walking distance to all the sights, and also on the bus line. The apartment was perfect, great decor, comfy bed and plenty of space, very comfortable for two people. Having a clothes washing machine was helpful, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials for easy cooking. The only warning I have is the entry stairwell, it is long & very steep, if you have problems with stairs this is not the place for you.

Esther: Chic Design

This apartment is absolutely lovely with so much character and chic design! It was ideal for 2 people, very comfortable. Like so many older buildings, the stairs up to the apartment are steep so packing light is recommended. The neighborhood is active, especially at night but the windows are of high quality and do a good job with maintaining street noise to a reasonable level. The location is ideal within reasonable distance to major attractions, restaurants and we even walked back to the train station. Check-in took a little longer because of traffic, but Diana kept in contact which we greatly appreciated @airbnb

Diana, what a great stay we had with you!: Laureen. Australia

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. Diana offered us wine upon our early evening arrival and we had a wonderful conversation. She is a fascinating woman and truly understands hospitality. Everything about the apartment was described accurately in the Airbnb listing. The location was perfect with everything convenient for a 4 day stay. Diana gave us great restaurant recommendations and called to reserve. We referenced her Florence binder frequently for everything from the best gelato near by to the perfume shop my 20 yr. old daughter loved! It was the "insider guide" we all want from someone whose family has lived in Florence for generations. She also arranged for a taxi to the train station which arrived promptly, and even delivered needed items to our door when we all came down with a 24 stomach bug. All communication was immediate and efficient. We loved the rooftop terrace, the visits from her cat through the window from the roof, comfortable beds, Aqua Flor shower products , and the traditional feel of this updated apartment within a 15th century mansion. The only challenges are documented right in the listing so no surprises. Prepare for sneaky mosquitos (none of our Italian lodging had screens but more mosquitos in Florence than expected) and the stairs with our luggage and within apartment reminded us to bring less next time! But a chair awaited us on the last landing to rest if needed! Diana is gracious, kind, and her apartment was perfect for our family. Thank you for a wondrous l experience in Firenze.”

Christina: What a fabulous apartment!

The location was perfect right across from the Medici Chapel. Large open windows to gaze out from. Church bells were an added bonus! Many restaurants within steps. Two bedroom and two full baths. Plenty of hot water and fresh linens. Our only issue was with wifi. @airbnb

@airbnb

Andrea: A dream come true!

Staying at Cosmea was a dream come true!! A beautifully appointed studio suite with a multi million dollar view of Florence from the roof top terrace. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and breakfasts and dinners with sunrises and sunsets over the Duomo and tower were truly extraordinary. Everything you need is within a short walk. Grocery store, markets, shops and museums. Two minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and out of the touristy area made the location perfect. I will be back for sure!
