Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

We loved this apartment. The location is excellent and very convenient. Wonderful restaurants and all of the museums, the Duomo and shops were all within a short walk or right outside the front door! The apartment is nicely decorated. There is no lift but we knew that from the description. The host is responsive and helpful. She got us a taxi to the airport in minutes when we couldn’t get through. All and all …very nice. Would rent again!

Diana's apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed, including good quality, fresh bed linens. The bathroom shower had plenty of hot water. The apartment was a nice size for three adults. What we enjoyed the most was the extraordinary view of the area's roof tops and sky above all around us. We saw some gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. We also enjoyed how quiet it was. The Host was always very responsive and we appreciated the taxi help we received for an early morning flight. We recommend this apartment if stairs are not an issue for you (it is on the top floor).

Authentic building (old one), comfortable, enough space for two, good exercise to arrive to the 4th floor without lift. Well-lighted, very quite apartment for being so close to the centrum, we could sleep very good. Taking a shower is a challenge (narrow) but it was fine for us. Perfect place for an italian breakfast at the corner.

Deanna was incredibly helpful when we reached out for help. The apartment was in a beautiful, residential area with less foot traffic than the more busy parts of Florence. We had some issues with feeling like the air conditioning was kicking in, but we visited in the Spring so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Hopefully will be visiting again!

Nicole, USA: Our favorite place

This might have been one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed in. The location was amazing, and super close to all the sights without being noisy and busy. Inside was super spacious and had wonderful amenities and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside was that there were a few mosquitos that got inside before we arrived but there are mosquito screens on the windows to try to prevent some of that. Would love to stay here again!

I had a delightful stay at this quaint studio apartment in Florence. The flat, though compact, was well-equipped and meticulously clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The decor, with vintage photos and antique furniture, added a unique charm, blending modern comforts with a touch of historical elegance, just as described. The host was amiable and always prompt in responding, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is great, surrounded by museums and bars, making it a perfect base to delve into Florence’s rich history and night life.

One of my favorite places I’ve stayed at. The apartment is huge and tastefully decorated to feel authentic to Italy. The windows in the living room open to Santa Maria del Fiore - and have a step where you can perch yourself to see the liveliness of the square and take in the sights and sounds. Fantastic location with easy walkability. The wifi is not strong, but who needs that when you’re in such beautiful apartment in an amazing city!

Diana was very responsive and helpful when it came to some of the issues we ran into with our flight arrival times. She was also very informative and did not leave a single detail out when it came to renting out her place. The area is also very private, but still only a 5 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio. The place is perfect for two people, and includes many amenities. Diana also works closely with a rental group called Acacia, and upon arrival were very friendly and helpful when first arriving in Florence. Maintenance and the front desk is also quick to respond when we had any technical difficulties. Check in and Check out is also extremely easy.

Great place! Be prepared for a slight uphill climb to arrive at the apartment. Not accessible by car. Great, quiet and safe street just steps from the Ponte Vecchio! Perfect place for the price point and would stay again!

Diana a toujours répondu rapidement à mes questions. Grazie Diana. Je recommande fortement cet appartement dans un quartier calme et résidentiel .

Great Apartment. It was walkable to everything we had wanted to do. Host was responsive and kind. We only had a couple of issues. Just to note, washer/dryer amenities are not in unit. Theres a charge for the wash and dryer. We also ran out of towels and had to wash within 3 days of being there. More towels would’ve been nice. The last thing was we were stuck outside one of the nights. The exterior door was stuck. It was cold and we had our children. 6 & 7. No one could get in or out of the building. I messaged Diana but didn’t get a response until 30 min had passed as it was later in the evening. Luckily there was a guest with the exterior key. First couple times it wouldn’t work. It finally did. We were honestly terrified it wouldn’t reopen. We (other guests that were staying in the building) propped the door open in case anyone needed to gain entry or exit. It was fixed the following morning. Other than this issue, the apartment was perfect. Big and clean. We would stay here again.

Diana’s apartment has one of the best locations in Florence, if not the best! It is very close to everything, Duomo is right around the corner, a grocery store directly across the street and many other things to do and eat within walking distance. This place can easily fit 8 adults more than comfortably. We were a party of 7 and the space was HUGE! It was much more than we needed. The decor was fitting for Firenze. Yelana was very welcoming when we arrived and Diana was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. She was quick and understanding to our requests. Highly recommend this stay.

Amazing stay. San Lorenzo has a charm you wont find anywhere else in Florence. Live music can be heard from the balcony each night, and a lively murmur plays in the backdrop of every moment (without being obtrusively loud). Diana was such a kind host, so responsive and helpful with any and all questions. Only hope I will be coming back to stay again.

The apartment is on a very quiet street, yet just a minute from the very lively and charming Piazza Santo Spirito. The nieghborhood is a joy - a mix of locals and tourists, yet away from the hustle and bustle across the river. There are basic services just a minute or two away and the area is full of restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment is full of sun all day, having three exposures. The furnishings are done with care and the apartment is extremely clean. Both bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable and it is pleasantly quiet at night. The kitchen has everything you could want to make a meal and eat in. The living room is comfortable with nice art books to inspire your trip in Firenze. I would definitely go back to Ciclamino. The service from Acacia was exceptional: accommodating and professional.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The layout of the apartment is super cool, the terrace had a great view, and everything was clean. The location was perfect as it was easily walkable to any destination we wanted to visit. When we were checking in, the host provided us with a map of recommendations which was really helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place and will be staying here if I return to Florence.

Book if available. Everything is better than the description and pictures can convey. The host is so personable and accommodating. Everything works, there are tons of extras, but you’re going to feel majestic and incredibly relaxed staying there and that can’t be quantified. It’s very quiet at night. The whole town is walkable from here. Parking is nearby. Was able to cook whole meals and do laundry during our stay. I already miss it..

This apartment has a great location, walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants. We loved that the street is pedestrian only and was very quiet and charming. Overall we had a great stay, we did find the bed and the couch to be uncomfortable. For any tall guests I would warn that the ceilings in the bedroom and the kitchen are low, my boyfriend had some trouble. Diana and her colleagues were very responsive and even booked us an early morning taxi to the airport.
