Diana’s place is as beautiful as it looks in the photos, and is in a great location to explore Florence. As previous reviews have mentioned, it is noisy at night because of the night club over the road. Apart from this, everything was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Very centrally located with a great view of San Lorenzo. Diana and her team were communicative and helpful, and even let us keep our bags in the unit for a few hours after check-out. Be warned that the apartment is at the top of the building, so you have to walk up several flights of stairs, but the views are worth it. The apartment was a good fit for our group of four. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The living room space can be pretty noisy during the day and evening, as it faces onto the square, but thats just part of the charm of being in the center of the action. The bedrooms were fairly quiet, although we could still hear some late-evening partying from a neighboring apartment on a Friday night. Overall, a good place in central Florence!

Fantastic home with a wonderful rooftop view. Diana met us in person for check in and provided us with a personalized, local map of the city with plenty of recommendations. Quick responses to questions. Would recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying!

Nice place to stay in a fun area of the city. The apartment has everything you need. The garden is really lovely too (although there are quite a lot of mosquitos). Yelena gave us a lot of advice for fun things to do in the city during our stay

This place is up quite a bit of stairs, but so worth it. It is a wonderful space that is clean and in a great location. The patio was a great touch and the check in helper was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Diana was a wonderful host. She arranged for pick up from the airport and promptly communicated. For able-bodied people, her apartment is very near to interesting sites at the city center. I especially appreciated how close it was to vegan establishments as it is difficult to find vegan food when traveling internationally all the time. The apartment was clean and felt safe.

Super! Das Viertel ist sehr lebendig und voll schöner Ecken. Das rummelige Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Bad könnte es ein paar Haken für Handtücher geben.

We loved the apartment! It was clean, comfortable, cozy and in the heart of Florence. We could not have a better location. The hosts were extraordinary! Very helpful and always quick to reply to questions. They offered good tips and were professionals through and through. Although the nightlife around the area was loud and lively, often until the early morning hours, we couldn’t complain as this is what to expect if you want to be in the middle of the city. If you want a quiet place then you may not enjoy the late night noise. However we were very satisfied!! Definitely a 5 star rating!

Quiet flat and very comfy bed. Loved the Nespresso machine. The apartment was a few mins walk from the train station. I’ve tried to add photos showing the location for anyone having trouble finding the place... hope they help! We loved the exposed brickwork inside. The manager Diane was extremely helpful with all our enquiries and with the windows closed we found the air con was adequate and considering we were so central we were not disturbed by any outdoor noise. I did have a small usb fan that I always travel with in case I got too hot however I didn’t need to use it. I would recommend anyone visiting Florence to stay here for location and comfort. I would definitely stay next time I’m in the area! Thanks Diane for a wonderful stay!

The location of the property was fantastic - central and an added bonus of a view. Staff and facilities great and met our expectations. Checking in was very easy and communication with the host was fantastic considering our train was late arriving. Easy to walk from the train station to the accommodation. Restaurants right at your finger tips. Noise was not an issue as mentioned in a few previous reviews. Yes there are stairs. But well worth it for the view. Please consider that this building is old so the expectation of a lift as mentioned in previous views is asking for too much.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto tantissimo, le foto del sito sono assolutamente veritiere, pulizia perfetta e Diana è stata molto disponibile e velocissima nelle risposte, ci ha concesso il late check out e l’early check in senza alcun problema e ci ha dato tutte le opzioni possibili per poter depositare i bagagli da lei durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente se ripasseremo per Firenze!

El apartamento está en el centro de la ciudad, a unos pasos andando de las plazas más famosas y de la estación de trenes. Es súper bonito, está muy bien decorado y equipado y es muy agradable. Está en una primera planta sin ascensor y las ventanas son de gran calidad, al cerrarlas no se escucha nada y la temperatura dentro es súper agradable. La cama es muy cómoda y todo en general estupendo. Lo recomiendo mucho. No hay llave en el apartamento, es una llave electrónica con un código con el que se abre la puerta. Esto nos daba un poco de reparo al principio pero funciona perfectamente.

Struttura situata in una posizione strategica e centrale nel cuore di Firenze. Appartamento comodissimo e arredato in maniera impeccabile, con un terrazzo davvero stupendo sui tetti di Firenze. Torneremo sicuramente.

Perfect location and nice modern apartment. The mattress is incredible so you can recover from all the walking. This is the best AirBnB I’ve ever used.
