Fantastic stay! Beautiful place and great location. Diana is an excellent host

My husband and I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Florence! The space itself, the view, and the location- it was all truly wonderful! We also loved that the host prepared an extensive list of recommendations on a color-coded and easy-to-read map of the city. We highly recommend this space, and hope to be back one day

Diana’s place was great, the layout was interesting and it was walking distance to everything. Even though it’s on the other side of the river we were able to walk to most things in under 20 min. Someone came to meet us at the apartment to give us the keys which was great as it meant that we didn’t have to make an extra stop once we got off the train. She left a binder full of interesting things to see and do in Florence, along with any other information you would’ve needed about the apartment. Diana was also super quick to respond to any questions that we had during our stay and beforehand. Check out was a breeze as we just had to leave our keys on the table and notify them once we were gone. Some things to consider if you’re staying there though, there are stairs to get up to the apartment, so something to consider if you have big luggage or mobility issues. If you have more than 2 people staying the ceilings on the second floor are quite low, so keep that in mind. The wifi was also quite slow, we weren’t both able to check email or social media at the same time, which isn’t that big of a deal unless you’re trying to stream things. Overall an amazing stay, we would definitely come back!”

We absolutely looooooed our stay. The accommodation was so lovely and charming that we ended up spending a whole day just relaxing at the apartment. Views are spectacular. Diana was amazing, the best host. We will definitely be coming back.

The location for Diana's apartment could not have been better. The communication, check in process and help from Diana and the hospitality team she works with was also perfect. The entire hospitality team actually (5 of them) actually helped us carry all of our bags and move from their office to the apartment (we checked in early, so they let us drop off in their office)- this was so kind and helpful as we were traveling with our infant. If you have any issues, do not hesitate to contact Diana right away as she is very responsive and helpful. One of the best gelateria's in the city is right below the apartment, and there is also a wonderful cafe and bakery just up the street as well. Having the ability to do laundry was incredibly helpful after a week of traveling light. The apartment is more spacious in real life than in the pictures. It's just wonderful. The location is perfect. A 10-15 minute walk to everything, but also out of the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend to a friend.

Diana's flat is wonderful, perfect location (in the city but not very touristic), nice style of the flat, comfortable and clean. Unfortunately when we came there were some plates and glasses dirty (I don't think it's Diana's fault or the fault of her team, but somebody just put their dirty plates into the cupboard). Also it is quite loud in the flat, you hear the streets and the neighbours talking but we could sleep well due to the comfortable bed. Diana was an amazing host and allowed us to stay even longer than the check out time. We would stay again at Diana's place.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto tantissimo, le foto del sito sono assolutamente veritiere, pulizia perfetta e Diana è stata molto disponibile e velocissima nelle risposte, ci ha concesso il late check out e l’early check in senza alcun problema e ci ha dato tutte le opzioni possibili per poter depositare i bagagli da lei durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci torneremo sicuramente se ripasseremo per Firenze!

Diana’s place is as beautiful as it looks in the photos, and is in a great location to explore Florence. As previous reviews have mentioned, it is noisy at night because of the night club over the road. Apart from this, everything was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Very centrally located with a great view of San Lorenzo. Diana and her team were communicative and helpful, and even let us keep our bags in the unit for a few hours after check-out. Be warned that the apartment is at the top of the building, so you have to walk up several flights of stairs, but the views are worth it. The apartment was a good fit for our group of four. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The living room space can be pretty noisy during the day and evening, as it faces onto the square, but thats just part of the charm of being in the center of the action. The bedrooms were fairly quiet, although we could still hear some late-evening partying from a neighboring apartment on a Friday night. Overall, a good place in central Florence!

Fantastic home with a wonderful rooftop view. Diana met us in person for check in and provided us with a personalized, local map of the city with plenty of recommendations. Quick responses to questions. Would recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying!

Nice place to stay in a fun area of the city. The apartment has everything you need. The garden is really lovely too (although there are quite a lot of mosquitos). Yelena gave us a lot of advice for fun things to do in the city during our stay

This place is up quite a bit of stairs, but so worth it. It is a wonderful space that is clean and in a great location. The patio was a great touch and the check in helper was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Convenient and roomy. It was a great location and value. Big kitchen, washing machine was helpful and the closet was walk-in and roomy!! The lighting in the bathroom is very minimal and the outlet hard to reach over the tub.

Located just far enough away from the bustle of the tourist spots to be peaceful but close enough to be very walkable to the Duomo, Santa Croce, Accademia, San Marco, and especially Sant'Ambrogio for the outdoor market. We stayed for a month and walked everywhere in the city. The apartment itself is beautiful, with lots of light and old world charm. This feels like a former (or current) private home that was left untouched and provided as a rental. Three tall stories require a walk up stone steps (no elevator) but the views across the rooftops and into the courtyard are lovely. Staying here helps you feel immersed in the city rather than being a tourist. Nice features include custom stone floor in the main area, full kitchen, beautiful cabinets and a wardrobe in the upstairs loft. Small balcony is better for hanging laundry than having breakfast. The main drawback is that some of the furnishings are a bit lived-in and could use replacing soon. Overall this was not problematic during our stay, it just felt like housesitting for a grandmother and using her old-school gas oven, iron and ironing board, cookware, dishes, and cabinets. The property management staff were friendly, very attentive and helpful. The experience was more like being a tenant than staying at a hotel. For example, we had to schedule and wait for several days for service when our router and television needed replacing due to a lightning strike. Understandable, just expect this rather than instantaneous gratification. The folder with information about the neighborhood was very informative, and we visited Sant'Ambrogio Market several times per week for excellent produce. If you want to feel like you truly live in the city, this is a good option for a longer stay in beautiful Firenze.
