Are all apartments strictly holiday rentals or is it possible to obtain long term contracts?

This varies based on the apartment in question. Some of our apartments are available as temporary housing especially from november to march but please ask us if this is something you are interested in.

For stays more than 30 days the italian Codice Fiscale is required.
