I highly recommended it! The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Church of Santa Croce in a central and beautiful area where every gallery, museum and tourist attraction is within walking distance. Furthermore, the neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and close to all types of services. The interior of the apartment is beautiful, recently renovated, spacious, clean and comfortable. Moreover, every communication during my stay was smooth and straightforward: Diana turned out to be an excellent host, and an exquisite, helpful and very kind person! I loved every day of my month-long stay in this apartment, and I hope to be back soon. THANK YOU DIANA!

“Great place in walking distance of most things to do in florence. A perfect terrace with a nice view. The kitchen is equipped like a proper home kitchen, though you won't want to use it considering the great restaurants a couple of minutes away. Check in was easy going and personal.”

We had a great stay in a wonderful apartment, the roof terrace is amazing. It couldn‘t be better. Thanks a lot to Diana for a perfect organisation. Definitely five stars to you. :-)

Diana’s place is amazing, perfect size for two, beautiful decor and perfect location. The perfect touch is the terrace for an evening aperitif

“Magical and surreal space enclaved in a very private high point of Florence. The rooms have the sensation of centuries of timetravel with art, while the essentials are up to spec. Incredibly comfortable bed and the light coming through ceiling is just wonderfully remniscent of something from Dutch Golden Age. The Balcony is from a film scene, lovely touches to light it up and pleasantly accesible. Overall very central with quick access to the amazing food market and bohemian cafes, it becomes a great shelter from an otherwise intense Florence street scene. Diana was very cool and responsive throughout. Mille Grazzie!”

Lovely apartment, great location, fantastic host and such a comfortable bed especially after a day of sightseeing. The only recommendation to people visiting would be to bring plenty of mosquito repellant and the repellant candles should wish to enjoy the lovely back garden

We had a wonderful stay at Diana's apartment, which is located in the center of Florence (nevertheless quiet). The apartment was very clean, with a lot of nice details, comfortable beds and a wonderful roof terrasse with a view on the Doumo for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We will strongly reccomend Diana's apartment.

The most PERFECT stay! My girlfriend and I are very fussy when searching for a property to stay in, making sure we have considered all options in terms of location and amenities. We stayed at Diana’s apartment for 3 nights and we didn’t want to leave; it is minutes from the river, the supermarket, local cafes, bars, restaurants & the Ponte Vecchio but also situated up a private road on a hill, allowing for a private roof terrace with a stunning view over the city and beyond. We would happily pay €10 (minimum) at a cocktail bar for a drink with that view but here there is no need - it’s all yours. Diana is a fantastic host who went above and beyond for us to make recommendations and more, she was always at hand for any query we had. The flat is perfect for a romantic couples stay in Florence, thank you Diana!”

Durante una visita a Firenze post-quarantena, ho scelto l'appartamento di Diana attirata sia dalla posizione centrale che dall'estetica ed è stata davvero una bella esperienza. La casa è più grande rispetto all'impressione che da in foto e, sebbene siano presenti condizionatore e ventilatore a soffitto, è un ambiente ampio, rilassante e arioso. Si trova su una strada piccola ma trafficata e con locali, il che personalmente non infastidisce il mio sonno, ma l'host ha messo a disposizione dei tappi per le orecchie monouso. Diana è stata gentilissima e precisa nella consegna delle chiavi e nelle risposte. Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere :)

All that is presented by Dianna is accurate, the apartment is well presented and spacious given the size apartments found in Italy, only one floor off the ground, a bonus and on the edge of the Signoia Piazza a fabulous place where all sorts of people visit day and night. Ponte Vecchio is just a stroll away and all the locations well within easy walking so cant think of a better location. As for restaurants there are so many to choose from and all had a version of our English with a smile. We are Australians with no Italian language skills. I would recommend to all
