Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

Amazing stay. San Lorenzo has a charm you wont find anywhere else in Florence. Live music can be heard from the balcony each night, and a lively murmur plays in the backdrop of every moment (without being obtrusively loud). Diana was such a kind host, so responsive and helpful with any and all questions. Only hope I will be coming back to stay again.

The apartment is on a very quiet street, yet just a minute from the very lively and charming Piazza Santo Spirito. The nieghborhood is a joy - a mix of locals and tourists, yet away from the hustle and bustle across the river. There are basic services just a minute or two away and the area is full of restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment is full of sun all day, having three exposures. The furnishings are done with care and the apartment is extremely clean. Both bedrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfortable and it is pleasantly quiet at night. The kitchen has everything you could want to make a meal and eat in. The living room is comfortable with nice art books to inspire your trip in Firenze. I would definitely go back to Ciclamino. The service from Acacia was exceptional: accommodating and professional.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The layout of the apartment is super cool, the terrace had a great view, and everything was clean. The location was perfect as it was easily walkable to any destination we wanted to visit. When we were checking in, the host provided us with a map of recommendations which was really helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place and will be staying here if I return to Florence.

Vincent: A very characterful apartment

Very characterful apartment at the top of a historic building. Great location for seeing all Florence has to offer and a short walk to the train station that’s handy for day trips. Very comfy bed and the terrace was the cherry on top. Would love to visit again some day.

Book if available. Everything is better than the description and pictures can convey. The host is so personable and accommodating. Everything works, there are tons of extras, but you’re going to feel majestic and incredibly relaxed staying there and that can’t be quantified. It’s very quiet at night. The whole town is walkable from here. Parking is nearby. Was able to cook whole meals and do laundry during our stay. I already miss it..

My stay at Cosmea was remarkable. Diana ‘s unit was perfectly situated across the Arno river and right near Ponte Vecchio. The Oltrano neighborhood is perfect for those who want to feel like a local and yet be able to become a tourist by walking anywhere within minutes. All major attractions are close by. The unit itself was very comfortable and functional. Everything you need is there including a private terrace with the most incredible view of Florence. Do yourself a favor and book this rental for the views alone if not for its location or value.

Firstly the communication was great and most helpful before, during and after our stay. Clean apartment with a great location near to tourist attractions and lovely cafes/restaurants. We stayed with our 18month old baby which was possible however please prepare for the noise at night time if you have a child who is a light sleeper this was to be expected and worth it as we were close to all the beautiful places to see. Good air con too and lovely apartment with plenty of books to read. Worth staying 👍

This was a lovely apartment with an excellent location, close to everything. The apartment is on the 4th floor, so going up and down the stairs was good excercise. All our questions and asked were answered and the minor problems solved easily. The apartment was charming in a rusty way, something you don't see everywhere. It was still practical and suited our needs. we hardly cooked any meals so cannot really say how the kitchen worked. Anyway, it had all the necessary tools and gadgets needed for cooking.

A very large, quiet and comfortable place to say in Florence. This apartment is huge and has more than enough space for our family of four you could easily put more people here and still be very comfortable. The kids appreciated having their own private bathrooms with nice showers. The air conditioning was nice after a hot day in Florence and the ability to do some laundry was really appreciated. The room was very quiet and we didn't have any issues with street noise. It's a great location only a couple of blocks from the Duomo with lots of restaurants around.

A great central place to stay in Florence - everything is about 5/10 mins walk away and the apartment was equipped with everything you need for a short break. Diana was very friendly at check in, with lots of local tips to start off a visit in the city. We would recommend a trip to Angel rooftop bar for a drink and to watch the sunset, as well as taking in the views of the city at Piazza Michaelangelo. Only thing we would say is that the bar downstairs can be quite loud/busy in the evenings, although after a few drinks this didn't bother us too much. Thanks again Diana 😊

Diana's apartment is lovely, modern and is located in a relatively quiet, yet central part of town. Pretty much anything you may want to visit is within walking distance. It was also fully equipped with basic necessities - salt, oil, toilet paper, laundry detergent... not that we cooked, but if you do you'll have pretty much everything you need. It features two AC units, which was fantastic as the temperatures in Florence were up to 40C throughout our stay One word of caution: it's on the top floor, there is no lift and the stairwell is narrow and quite steep. Might be an issue if you are not in good shape, have a disability or come with heavy baggage.

We really enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb. The location was convenient, being very close to the train station but not too far from many of the major tourist sites of Florence, plus the amazing central market. The street it was on was very quiet, and we had no noise issues at all. The place was nicer in real life than it even looks in the pictures – very spacious, extraordinarily high ceilings, clean, and comfortable. It was also well-equipped. The hot water for the shower required a little bit of manipulation to stay hot. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer. The dryer is one of those evaporative types, so it takes awhile to dry – be aware. There was ample storage for all of our stuff. We were able to completely unpack for a week. The host company was very responsive, and the person who greeted us to orient us to the unit and give us our keys was outstanding - helpful and full of suggestions on places to see in Florence that we might not have otherwise come across. There was a grocery store around the corner, and coffee shops and restaurants galore in the area. There were also several bus stops nearby for when we wanted a break from all of the walking. However, the buses are not always reliable, so always have a back-up plan! Bus tickets are available at local tobacco shops.

Appartement parfait !

Wonderful Airbnb unit with a great rustic vibe. Fantastic location near all major attractions and adjacent to the best food in Florence. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone, just watch your head if you’re tall as the ceilings are a bit short.

Très bel appartement de charme, décoration raffinée, très propre et parfaitement situé !

Our family of 4 people loved our stay in this apartment. It is in such an excellent location, right behind Santa Croce, and about 15 min to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi gallery. The alley ways around the apartment has many wonderful shops and cafes which is super convenient. The apartment itself is a lovely traditional Florence home tastefully decorated and comfortable. There is also a separate kitchen area so you can eat in some days. Diana is a wonderful host, she is super responsive in communication prior to our arrival and offered many local tips and recommendations throughout our stay. There are some popular restaurants directly below the apartment so people hang out there to quite late during the weekends and it can get a little noisy. It did’t bother us as we went out until late most days.
