Are you happy of your staying in Florence?

Claudio F:

The bed rooms were large and all having a bath was a real plus for 3 couples traveling together! it's central location in Florence was great, easy walk to everywhere. the 56 steps to the apartment were long and sometime tiring for a group of 60+ travelers, but it wasn't a deal killer by any means, just had to stop half way up! Overall, a great apartment and a wonderful location. We would stay there again in a heart beat... Thank you to Diana and her team for a great property!!! Caf4tx - Dallas

Gavin: lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with great views of Florence. The location is very good, easy to access the different parts of Firenze and there is plenty close by. You can be in amongst the buzz and within minutes escape from the crowds. The terrace was lovely to have breakfast on, and relax in the sun before going out. Diana was supportive throughout, and checked in on occasion to make sure we were ok. We hope very much to be back!!!

Diana’s flat is ideally located for exploring Florence. It is very stylish and comfortable, and larger than we expected. The helpful tips for where to eat and what to do we’re also very useful. Would recommend to anyone.

Kezra: Diana's place is truly incredible!

It was lovely to be greeted on arrival and welcomed to Florence, shown the apartment and key handover. Communication from booking to check out was fantastic and Diana was always on hand if you need anything at all. It was a magical experience staying in this typical Florentine apartment in a beautiful neighbourhood. With a local supermarket, gelataria and cafe right on your doorstep, as well as a host of restaurants and local sights! I can't imagine a more perfect spot to explore Florence, everything is within walking distance and you are surrounded by locals. Of course as if that wasn't enough, the view is the biggest gem! I think it may just be the best view across the whole of Florence! I had many beautiful breakfasts and moments gazing across Florence from sunrise to sunset. There is a small kitchen but enough amenities to make everything you need and I had some wonderful meals here after shopping at the local market. Diana has put together an amazing binder filled with local tips and knowledge about Florence and it was a joy to read. I couldn't find fault with this beautiful space, my only comment is that the Wifi is very slow so if you need to work and this is important to you, be mindful of this. I would definitely come back here! Thank you for a wonderful stay Diana.”

This apartment is a fantastic find. We loved the authentic feel of Florence that the location provided. It was easy to walk everywhere from the address. There were so many fantastic restaurants, Gelaterias, and cafes around, we had no problem finding fabulous places to eat. The street is crowded and noisy, especially with the morning and afternoon work hour traffic, but the apartment was well insulated, and it was quiet inside with the windows closed. Alessandra greeted us warmly upon check-in, and gave us a map and shared some tips on areas to visit and sights to see. There are stairs going up to the apartment, which we were aware of, yet we did not find them too tricky with our light luggage. If you have cumbersome luggage or many bags, it might be a little more challenging. The kitchen is small but more than adequate to prepare simple meals. There were no paper towels or napkins, so you may want to pick some up if you think you will be using the kitchen for your meals. Also, there was no way to make coffee other than a Krups machine, which would be ok if more coffee was provided for the length of our stay. Two of us were there for three nights, and there were only four pods left out. We tried to purchase more, but we could not find them in the local market. It may not be a big deal to many since there are so many lovely cafes near-by, but for those of us who need it before venturing out, it was a bit of a nuisance. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The water in the shower was nice and hot. There is only one mirror in the apartment, and it is in the bathroom, which is a bit dark to see for applying make-up. Still, a minor thing, but worth noting. All in all, we were delighted with the location, the cleanliness, and the hosts. If we return to Florence, we would definitely stay there again.

Location is superb with stylish decor. Only thing that i have problem with is the door of the common toilet. It is quite difficult to lock. Other than that, it is great. But please be prepared to climb quite a bit of stairs. And DÎana is really very helpful. She helped us contact the cleaning company when my friend left her beloved possession in the Airbnb after we left. She even arrange to have it send back to her. Big big thank you to her.

If you are looking for a spacious apartment in a great area, with a very helpful and knowledgeable host (Diana), you definitely have to put this one at the top of the list. We stayed 4 days and and could have stayed for weeks. Only caveat is that the bathroom is narrow. We can recommend Diana and this apartment without hesitation....Enjoy!

Diana was a terrific host. She provided a very detailed map of the city which listed her favorite restaurants, tourist attractions, night life, and much more. She responded very fast to my messages and helped us with all of our questions. Her apartment was beyond what we ever dreamed of. It was so comfortable and cozy making us feel like a true local! Located only a block away from Santa Croce and about a 5-10 minute walk to the duomo. We would love to go back!
