Arredo nuovo e colori bene intonati, facilità di raggiungimento della struttura, luogo strategico, a 4 minuti a piedi da Ponte Vecchio. Appartamento fornito di tutto, anche per cucinare a casa, lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Abbiamo cucinato in casa, presente tutto l'occorrente! Piatti e bicchieri nuovi e puliti, biancheria nuova e pulita, letto comodissimo. Veduta della Torre di Palazzo Vecchio (e siamo al II piano)! @booking

The pictures can't do justice to how welcoming, warm, and spacious the apartment feels! As other reviews mentioned, there was some noise, but it was certainly not noticable most of the time-I put in earplugs as a precaution the first night, but I really didn't need them. The little extra noise is certainly made up for by the location! Also, the big bathroom and bathtub was wonderful and luxurious after a day of sightseeing! The Acacia team was welcoming and very helpful-if we had not already had plans in the city we would have booked a tour or something else though them! I highly recommend this apartment and this company!

Lovely split level apartment with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Lovely rooms, comfy bed and excellent customer service. Diana, the host was always available to speak to by phone and provided and excellent level of customer service. The area was lovely and provided a different culture to the city centre whilst not being very far away from all the major attractions. Would definitely stay there again

First, the apartment itself-- it's HUGE (the pictures really don't do it justice) and extremely well equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, two bathrooms, and a whirlpool tub-- there's even a smartphone with free SMS, calling and data for you to use during your stay! It's also in a very charming historical building in the very centre of Florence, literal steps away from the Piazza della Signoria. Second, Diana is the most professional and organized host I've ever had, on top of being very friendly and welcoming. The book of recommendations she compiled is genuinely very useful, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The next time I'm in Florence I will definitely stay here again. @abnb

Estancia muy agradable. Nos recibió Alessandra , muy amable y dándonos todo tipo de indicaciones tanto de la casa como para visitar la ciudad. Apartamento acogedor. Tras el día visitando la ciudad se agradece la comodidad de sus camas. Utensilios de cocina de todo tipo, solo echamos de menos un microondas. Handy es un tremendo acierto, una ayuda que se hizo imprescindible para pasear, localizar destinos, reservar.... New Ciclamino totalmente recomendable. Gracias Diana y sobre todo a Alessandra.
