You will learn how to make a good dough, the techniques for obtaining ravioli and tagliatelle and the best way to combine them with a special sauce design for each of them. The recipes are all based on fresh, seasonal and high quality ingredients that we pick up from the local farmers market every day.
You will prepare together with our chef homemade pasta meal and a dessert, learning secrets and a little history of the Italian foodie culture.
The chef prepares always a gourmet aperitivo with specialities from Tuscany to enjoy during the class.
With her expert guidance you will be able to cook the whole meal in your own kitchen like a
professional chef!!
After all this hard work you will enjoy the dishes you prepared with a selection of Tuscany wine!!

You can decide to go shopping at the local farmers market with our chef. She will show you around teaching you how to choose the seasonal veggies and fruits, the best cut of meat, and the fish from the Tuscan sea.  It’s such great fun to see all the colors and discover the happy market lifestyle with his sketches and have the chance to try little bites of delicious food.


Friends or family members, who are not cooking, are welcome to enjoy the tasting with an extra charge. Please let’s know when you book the course.
