Day Tour in Chianti : Gnamo a Greve

Gnamo tour, the itineraries experimented by Acacia team in person to discover surprising aspects of Italian heritage: unique chances to taste local food and wines and immersion in the lives of residents, in the presence of natural beauty, artistic and architectural.

Gnamo a Panzano is a route to be tackled with a wide-brimmed straw hat. The sun will bright your nose, red wine your cheeks, your feet will want to take off your shoes to get tickled by the grass.
The tour starts from Florence and brings you into the most famous countryside in Italy, the Chianti area with hills and vineyards, olive groves and medieval villages. The first stop is the Cantina Antinori, a jewel of design and architecture by Studio Archea that represents a privileged portal to access the secrets of the world of wine.
Cinzia Th. Torrini has signed the introductory movie “Gli Antinori, vinattieri from 1385”, the guided tour winds through interiors and exteriors and is crowned by the tasting of  3 Chianti wines. 

On board again through landscapes and villages you reach Panzano, where Dario Cecchini’s Officina della Bistecca awaits you for lunch. Reserved table, 8-course tasting menu. Once aware of how to eat and drink in Chianti, some free time to visit Greve, its market square, for an authentically Tuscan experience.

The tour we suggest to do includes:

• Transfer with Mercedes or van ( upon request for + 4 pax) with a/c to and from Florencet

• The Tuscan countryside with photographic stops

• visit to the Antinori Winery and wine tasting upon request

• "Solo ciccia" lunch at Officina della bistecca of Dario Cecchini

• Visit of Panzano or Greve in chianti with shopping time

• Wine and oil tasting and visit of second winery
