Piazza Strozzi in Florence is one of the squares with a great international charm and represents an interesting cultural center. On one side we find Palazzo Strozzi, with modern and contemporary art exhibitions of Palazzo Strozzi. It is a Renaissance building with a splendid internal courtyard, also accessible for a walk or a coffee at the bar. On the opposite corner of the square there is the incomparable liberty hall of the Odeon cinema.
The Odeon cinema, the first venue of the Florentine International Cinquanta Giorni festival, attracts an international audience thanks to the Odeon Original Sound project. After an aperitif in the bistro with outdoor platform, you can see films from all over the world as in film festivals: in fact, the show offers films in original language (mostly in English) with Italian subtitles.
