We spent Christmas and New Year’s there with our family. The apartment is excellent and very suitable for three couples. The location is wonderful for everything we wanted to do. The only small drawback is a bit of noise coming from the street in the bedroom with the front-facing windows. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment is very central and made it super easy to get around Florence. When we had a small issue with the water heater, the host sent instructions immediately and was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the heart of Florence! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from amazing restaurants and all the main attractions. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful panoramic view of the city from above. Our host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence.

The location suited us. 15 minute walk to most sites. Train station a 25 min walk. Comments were made, how lovely and comfortable the beds were. It was lovely to sit and relax in the lounge. Some bedrooms face onto the street, and I would say it wasn't a busy street but at night, noise does travel. Hint:put heavy sleepers in street side bedrooms

The room is spacious, very elegant, and modern, equipped with all the necessary comforts. It is strategically located in the city center and is an excellent choice for exploring Florence.

Great location, near lots of the main tourist sites but once in the apartment, a very peaceful haven from all the hustle. Loved sitting out on the terrace. Very friendly and helpful check in.

My husband and I loved our stay here during our honeymoon! The location is very walkable to the rest of the city but still quiet and peaceful. The view from the terrace was amazing, which we enjoyed cooking dinner one night and eating it on the terrace. The space is small but the views make it worth it and is still good for a couple.

We had a wonderful time! This Airbnb is in a wonderful location! Nice and clean! We stayed here on our honeymoon and would definitely stay again if we were in the area! The host was so kind and even create a day/night map to provide all sorts of recommendations for activities, food, etc! The giant tub might be my favorite part of this cute apartment!

Staff was very friendly. They met with us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. The place was in a great location. It worked out well for our big group of people. We could spread out throughout the apartment and not hear each other.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—walkable to the main tourist attractions and the Central Station, with groceries and restaurants nearby but still quiet at night.

+ Just like the photos, the apartment is full of character and charm but equipped with all the mod cons for a comfortable holiday. Aircon in the bedrooms was excellent but the kitchen upstairs was very hot as we were then for three days in 38 degree heat - definitely not the apartment’s fault! Loved the terrace and the view. Santa Croce is a quieter neighbourhood which we enjoyed, short walk to a supermarket for supplies, but at least 20 minute walk to the train station.

We had a fabulous 3 night stay, the location was fabulous for getting around in a short time. Plenty of room for our party of 3. The 90 stair climb up and down is not for the faint hearted, but for us the views from the apartment far outweighed that!

cacia’s team was wonderful. She communicated very well prior to our visit so we felt well prepared upon arrival. Our greeter was wonderful

The location is excellent—5–10 minutes on foot from the train station, 5 minutes from the Duomo, and 35 minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo! The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and tidy! The staff gave us a detailed introduction to every detail of the room and recommended restaurants and attractions in Florence! It’s fantastic and definitely worth visiting many times!

Every detail was carefully thought out, and the apartment is truly charming. The Acacia Firenze team was very helpful and always ready to assist with any request. Living like a local in Florence was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Florence! The place was super cool and exactly what we were looking for—great value for the price. The location couldn’t have been better, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. What really made the experience exceptional was Diana. She went above and beyond, helping us make restaurant reservations and even arranging our taxi pickup. She was available at all times, even after hours, and made us feel truly taken care of. Highly recommend—100%!

Absolutely amazing hosts!!! This Airbnb was beautiful and perfect in the best location. Just be mindful there are stairs! (as is all of Italy)

First of all, a big thank you to Diana and the staff for their warm welcome and helpful advice. The apartment was exactly as described; each of us had a private full bathroom in our bedroom, which gave us complete privacy. The outdoor space is perfect for getting together and enjoying the mild spring weather. Just a short walk from the Duomo, the apartment is very well located, with excellent restaurants nearby.
